Here at Moorfields Primary School we aim to provide

We aim to support the conditions necessary to allow children of different creed, colour and race to feel safe and valued so that everyone may learn and realise their full potential.

Learning at Home

Our children are able to make use of various online programmes at home.

Lexia helps to reinforce phonic skills in Foundation Stage and Key Stage One while Star Reading and Accelerated Reader are very popular and encourage reading through a reward system in Primary Four to Primary Seven.

The whole school enjoys Mathletics which makes learning fun, while reinforcing maths skills.

This year during Lockdown lessons continued on Google Classroom and we continue to use this platform to set homework tasks.
